The IST Student Government is holding a general meeting to bring students and all IST clubs and organizations up to speed about what’s going on in the college. We also open time up to the floor to address any needs or concerns students may have about the college, as well as ask for some feedback on certain topics. All IST students are encouraged to attend!

Welcome Back Picnic sponsored by Johnson & Johnson and the IST Student Goverment, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., IST Building East Lawn. Registration is encouraged. Visit ist.psu.edu/WelcomeBack to register.
On Wednesday, September 2nd, 10AM-2PM representatives from the IST Student Government Exec Board will be there to give information and answer questions about how to get involved in the college’s student government. Hope to see you there!
IST Student Government Elections will be happening on Monday, April 20th, 8PM in 208 IST. Come out and vote for candidates who will be representing your college’s student body and student organizations!
The meeting originally scheduled for April 6th will now meet on April 13th. Election nominations will happen at this meeting. Room information to come soon!
We are now accepting applications for those interested in presenting an act for the “I’m So Talented” event on May 1, 2009. The event will be held out on the IST building lawn from 5-7 PM. If you have any talent that you or your fellow classmates would like to display, no matter how unique, go ahead and sign up! The deadline for signing up is April 17th at 5 PM. We will respond to your application by April 22nd.

The IST Student Government will be hosting its elections meeting on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 7:00PM. The meeting will take place in 206 IST Building. This is a very important meeting as we will be electing the officers for the 2008-2009 school year. If you are currently an active member of a club, committee, or organization within IST, you are eligible to vote. As usual, pizza and drinks will be provided.
